On June 12, a delegation from the Embassy of the Lao PDR led by Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh paid a courtesy visit to the leaders of Ha Tinh province.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao PDR to Vietnam Khamphao Ernthavanh thanked the leaders of Ha Tinh province for their sincere welcome and expressed his joy at the development steps of Vietnam in general and Ha Tinh in particular.

Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh shared information about the socio -economic development situation of Laos and the activities of the Lao Embassy in Vietnam, thereby thanking Vietnam for its cooperation, companionship and assistance in the development process of the Lao PDR.

Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh hopes that in the coming time, Laos and Vietnam as well as localities of Laos and Ha Tinh will continue to strengthen comprehensive cooperation, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, nurturing the special friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Laos to be forever green and sustainable.

At the meeting, on behalf of the leaders of Ha Tinh province, Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai informed about the socio-economic, defense and security situation of Ha Tinh province.

Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai emphasized: Ha Tinh always cares about, maintains and strengthens the friendly relationship and comprehensive cooperation with Lao localities, especially Bolikhamxay, Kham Muon provinces, Vientiane capital... Ha Tinh and Lao localities also regularly organize meetings, actively exchange information, strengthen coordination, especially in national defense - security,education , investment attraction...

During the visit and working session in Ha Tinh, Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh and the delegation offered incense and flowers at the Dong Loc T-junction Relic Site (Can Loc District)./.
