At the propaganda session, officers and soldiers of the 32nd Naval Division informed about the developments and direction of the storm; guided 30 cage owners and 50 ship and boat owners in the area to proactively move to safe shelters; and reminded fishermen to strictly follow regulations to ensure safety for people and vehicles when anchoring, and not to go out to sea when the storm makes landfall.

Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Coast Guard Region 3, inspected storm prevention and control at Squadron 32.

Along with propaganda work, Squadron 32 has established two inspection teams to guide subordinate agencies and units to deploy storm prevention and control measures, such as: Moving forces, facilities and ships and boats to safe locations; trimming trees; reinforcing and tying to prevent roofs from blowing off, sinking, collapsing, flooding, and damage to barracks, ensuring safety for people, weapons, and technical equipment.

The unit strictly maintains the on-duty system, ensures smooth communication; continuously updates and reports on storm developments; reviews and supplements plans to ensure logistics and technical support, and prepares vehicles for quick departure on search, rescue and relief missions.
