Hai Duong area continues to have heavy rain until August 7
The 9am weather forecast from the provincial Hydrometeorological Station said that from the night of August 4 to the morning of August 5, Hai Duong area had rain, with showers and thunderstorms in some places, with rainfall generally below 5mm. Pha Lai had the highest rainfall at 12mm.
It is forecasted that due to the influence of a low pressure system in the North reaching an altitude of 5,000m, from August 5 to 7, Hai Duong province will continue to have rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind; total rainfall in localities is about 30 - 70mm.

Specifically: Chi Linh city, Kinh Mon town and Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Thanh Ha districts have rainfall from 20-60mm.
Hai Duong city and Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Gia Loc, Tu Ky, Ninh Giang districts have rainfall from 30-70mm.
Professional agencies recommend that localities take precautions against flooding on streets and low-lying areas.
