On the morning of August 15, the Hai Phong Agricultural Extension Center informed that in the past 2 years, 200 farming households in Ben Tam ward and Dai Son, Mao Dien and Bac An Phu communes have raised two chicken breeds, RTL132 and RTRT 123, according to a safe farming model with guidance and technical support from the center's agricultural extension staff.

Households import breeding animals from Thuy Phuong Poultry Research Center, which are vaccinated and fed with food that meets nutritional standards for each age group. Hai Phong agricultural extension officers provide technical guidance and supervise the farming process of households...

The above chicken breeds have delicious meat, good weather resistance, and are raised in a biosafety manner. Compared to many chicken breeds raised in the eastern Hai Phong area and neighboring provinces and cities, these chicken breeds have distinct advantages, providing high economic value.

RTL132 and RTRT 123 chicken breeds are raised in a bio-safe manner, so the meat quality is delicious and favored by consumers.

Commercial chicken breed TRT123 can give economic efficiency of 5.4 - 6.2 million VND/100 chickens, breed RTL132 can give economic efficiency of 2.5 - 2.6 million VND/100 chickens.
