According to Decision No. 1552-QD/TU, the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Tran Van Phuong, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of Cat Hai District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Speaking at the conference, Hai Phong City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau requested Mr. Tran Van Phuong in his new position to continue to promote his strengths and experience, clearly identify key and breakthrough tasks, and develop an action plan to successfully implement the goals in the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress and the 12th Cat Hai District Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
Mr. Tran Van Phuong needs to focus on leading and directing localities to exploit the maximum potential and advantages of the World Natural Heritage and tourism values, turning Cat Ba into a national tourist area by 2025, an international eco-tourism area by 2030, and building the green Cat Ba brand.
