At the two areas chosen as the working headquarters of the two new communes (headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Liep Nghia commune and the old Tan Hoa commune), many cadres, civil servants, and workers are urgently transporting documents, machinery, and equipment to the offices for installation and arrangement...
Late on the evening of June 28, Ms. Do Thi Ha, an official working at the Kieu Phu Commune Public Administration Service Point (new) was still busy arranging furniture at the workplace and cleaning tables and chairs. Ms. Ha said: “Since early morning, we have been present at the Kieu Phu Commune (new) headquarters to clean the office, arrange documents, and coordinate the installation of equipment to serve the operation of the two-level local government model on July 1, 2025. The work is still messy, but the staff at the Public Administration Service Point will try to do it quickly and urgently, ready to serve people coming to do transactions on July 1.”
Although still busy regulating cars carrying equipment, tables, chairs, documents; managing the team of workers installing air conditioners and computers in the offices, the Chief of Office of the People's Committee of Kieu Phu Commune, Nguyen Thi Quyen, still took a little time to quickly talk with reporters: "On the afternoon of June 28, we focused on human resources to complete the installation of equipment in the offices, especially the Public Administration Service Point of the commune. Strive to complete all preparation work by noon on June 29. This afternoon (June 29), all cadres, civil servants, and workers of the commune will participate in general environmental cleaning inside and outside the agency, ready for the official operation day of the two-level local government model".
On the afternoon of June 28, the Kieu Phu Commune Party Committee held a meeting of the Executive Committee to discuss preparations for the first session of the Kieu Phu Commune People's Council. Vice Chairman of the Quoc Oai District People's Committee, expected to be Secretary of the Kieu Phu Commune Party Committee Pham Quang Tuan, said: "The Kieu Phu Commune Party Committee has developed a plan to comprehensively deploy all aspects of the work of the Party, government and Fatherland Front Committee. At the same time, it has completed the trial operation contents according to the plan of the Hanoi Party Committee. Up to now, the commune's facilities and working equipment have basically met the requirements to serve the official work from July 1."
In Hung Dao commune (new), the atmosphere of preparation for the day of "pressing the button" to operate the two-level local government model is also being urgently deployed.
From the early morning of June 29, many cadres and civil servants of the commune were present at the commune headquarters, each doing a task with the utmost urgency. At the same time, they participated in decorating the commune People's Committee area and neighboring areas with flags, slogans, billboards, and posters to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among cadres, party members, and people.
Sharing with reporters, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quoc Oai district, expected to be Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Dao commune (new) Duong Van Phuong, said: "Up to now, the preparation work for the official day of operation of the two-level local government model has been basically completed. Because the official headquarters of Hung Dao commune (new) is located at the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Cong Hoa commune (old) which are in the process of renovation and repair, the commune temporarily has to use the headquarters at the People's Committee of Tan Hoa commune (old). Despite some difficulties, Hung Dao commune (new) has gradually overcome them to meet the requirements.
Since June 20, the new Hung Dao Commune Public Administration Service Point has been completed, the trial operation has been smooth, and is ready for official operation on July 1.
Meanwhile, Chief of Office of the People's Committee of the new Hung Dao commune Nguyen Quang Nga informed: "On June 29, the commune continued to direct the Commune Culture and Information Center to promote propaganda about the two-level local government model on the radio system of the old communes, including: Dong Quang, Tan Hoa, Cong Hoa, Hung Dao (old); hang flags, banners, slogans at agencies, public works, roads, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, so that July 1 is truly a festival for all people".
