Immediately after directly surveying the hot spots, Colonel Le Van Tam requested the General Staff, Political , Logistics and Technical Departments of the PTKV 4 Command to immediately review all plans and means; and increase the 24/7 on-duty force at key locations.
Colonel Le Van Tam emphasized that the current priority task is to closely coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to proactively respond and prepare plans to urgently evacuate people from dangerous areas when necessary, minimizing damage to people and property.

According to preliminary statistics as of the morning of November 21, in the area under the responsibility of KVPT 4, there have been 47 landslides recorded in 8 key communes: Cu Pui, Yang Mao, Krong A, Cu Prao, Ea Rieng, Ea Trang, Ea O...
Worryingly, there are 10 points in 2 communes Cu Pui, Ea Trang facing a very high risk of landslides due to the appearance of cracks on the hill and high slopes. The whole area also has 132 scattered flooded points in 16 communes.

Currently, the PTKV 4 - M'Drăk Command Board and functional forces are mobilizing all forces to overcome the consequences, support people to stabilize their lives, and at the same time maintain the highest combat readiness to be ready to handle any arising situations.
