Speaking with a reporter from the Lao Dong Newspaper on the sidelines of the Conference within the framework of the Ho Chi Minh City Innovation, Science , Technology and Creative Startup Week (WISE HCMC+ 2025), Mr. Lam Dinh Thang, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, shared information related to Binance - the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange.
Specifically, Binance is expected to be located on the 6th floor (over 1,400 square meters) of the Ho Chi Minh City Innovation and Startup Center (Sihub) building at 123 Truong Dinh, Xuan Hoa Ward. However, Mr. Thang emphasized: "This is only expected information."
It is known that the 6th floor of the building is reserved for the space of the city's international financial center in the future.

Previously, within the framework of the Autumn Economic Forum 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance and Binance Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote the development of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
The signing ceremony took place under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, representatives of ministries, branches and the business community.
The agreement is expected to contribute to improving management capacity, expanding connections between Vietnam's capital market and the international market, and attracting high-quality capital flows into the fields of finance, technology, and innovation.
6th floor space of Sihub
Sihub building was inaugurated on August 23, with an area of nearly 17,000 m², operated under the public-private partnership model. From the 1st to the 3rd floor is the space for programs managed by the State, a place to implement policies, nurture talents, and spread the spirit of creative entrepreneurship.
From the 4th to the 7th floor is the area that attracts private resources, focusing on incubators, accelerators, venture capital funds, etc.
The center aims to provide "one-stop" services for the startup community: from legal advice, intellectual property, finance, fundraising, to technology research and development, connecting domestic and international markets.
