Overseas Vietnamese moved to attend flag-raising ceremony at Truong Sa Island

Working Group No. 4 recently had a working trip to Truong Sa Archipelago from April 18-23, including 47 overseas Vietnamese from 22 countries around the world who participated in the flag-raising ceremony and military review on Truong Sa Island.
