Support 1,400 tons of cement to help people demolish temporary and dilapidated houses.

With the donated cement, Van Thang - Lao Cai Investment Joint Stock Company hopes to contribute to Bat Xat district to speed up the progress of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. Previously, Bat Xat district directed communes and towns to survey and summarize the need for cement support of households eligible for the policy to call for and mobilize support.

According to the plan, by 2025, Bat Xat district must eliminate 1,471 temporary and dilapidated houses; of which 598 new houses will be built and 873 houses will be repaired. Up to now, localities have started construction of 1,471 houses, reaching 100% of the plan. The district has arranged and effectively used funding sources, strengthened inspection and supervision, and promptly removed difficulties and obstacles so that households can speed up the completion of their houses.
