In order to support businesses to proactively adapt, recover quickly and develop sustainably in both quantity and quality, truly becoming an important force to ensure the autonomy of the economy , the Government has just issued Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP, dated April 21, 2023 of the Government on a number of key policies and solutions to support businesses to proactively adapt, recover quickly and develop sustainably by 2025.

It must be affirmed that, during the years affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, businesses in the province have encountered many difficulties in production and business activities. What everyone clearly sees is that many businesses have had to close or operate at a standstill, cut staff... However, after the Covid-19 pandemic was controlled, businesses have gradually recovered, so from 2021 to now, the province's economy has had a strong recovery. In 2022 alone, the gross domestic product (GRDP) increased higher than the national average, export turnover also increased very high, the economic structure shifted positively, the proportion of industry - construction and services also increased. With the advantage of the province having many different potentials, outstanding opportunities, competitive advantages such as having all kinds of convenient transportation, great potential for developing the energy industry, especially wind power and solar power. In addition, there are favorable conditions for developing the marine economy, potential for tourism development, many minerals with large reserves, especially large oil reserves... Therefore, in recent years, Binh Thuan province has attracted many domestic and foreign investors to Binh Thuan. The province also focuses all resources on developing socio-economic infrastructure, especially synchronous and modern transport infrastructure, connecting intra-regional and inter-regional. In addition, the province also clears bottlenecks, mobilizes and liberates social resources for investment and development. Supports key and key enterprises, anticipates new business trends, develops new business models. Promotes the formation of enterprises with the ability to lead in a number of potential industries and fields to create new growth drivers and achieve sustainable goals.

In order to support Vietnamese enterprises to proactively adapt, recover quickly and develop sustainably in both quantity and quality, truly becoming an important force to ensure the autonomy of the economy, in the coming time, Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP, dated April 21, 2023, requested sectors and localities to continue to resolutely and effectively implement the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions to support and develop enterprises. Accordingly, it is necessary to thoroughly and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on encouraging enterprise development. Protect the legitimate property rights and freedom of business of people and enterprises. Continue to accompany and provide maximum support for enterprise development, considering removing barriers and difficulties for enterprises as the top political task. Ensure the stability, consistency, predictability, clarity, transparency, effectiveness and substance of policies; Continue to improve the investment and business environment in an open, convenient, safe and friendly manner, approaching international standards. Simplify pre-inspection and strengthen post-inspection based on clear, transparent and reasonable standards and criteria. Proactively develop policies and prepare necessary resources to support businesses to proactively adapt to future fluctuations, promote innovation, enhance competitiveness, develop rapidly and sustainably...
