Completing the draft Project to organize an Exhibition of socio-economic achievements in celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day

In Document No. 4803/VPCP-KGVX, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to urgently review and complete the draft Project to organize an Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to pay attention to a number of contents regarding: Exhibition theme, content, display layout, exhibition zones, themes of each zone and themes of each exhibition space; ensure to honestly and vividly reflect the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development of ministries, departments, branches, organizations, agencies and localities over the past 80 years, especially the results achieved in the 2021 - 2025 term; send to the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission (before June 3, 2025) to report and seek opinions from the Central Steering Committee on commemorating major holidays and important historical events of the country in the 3 years 2023 - 2025.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, departments, sectors, organizations, agencies, localities and Vingroup Corporation to continue to urgently review, supplement and complete the draft Project in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister; report to the Deputy Prime Minister before June 15, 2025.

* Exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) held at the National Exhibition and Fair Center from August 28, 2025 to September 6, 2025 with the participation of all ministries, branches, localities nationwide and enterprises representing state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.

According to the proposed plans, the expected scale of the exhibition floor can be up to ^260,000m2 ( ^130,000m2 indoors and ^130,000m2 outdoors). In addition to the exhibits, the exhibition also combines 3D mapping projections, virtual reality experiences, multimedia audiovisual works, digital technology applications, AI, etc.
