Last week, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh chaired the second meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 23rd Congress of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Chaired the Conference to evaluate the implementation of the Administrative Reform Project in the City Party agencies for the period 2020-2025; Chaired the Conference of the Party bloc, the Front, and socio-political organizations of the city in the third quarter of 2024; Worked with the Working Group of Attapeu Province (Laos); Chaired the Conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Directive No. 38-CT/TU dated September 5, 2014 of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee on continuing to innovate emulation and reward work.
- At the second meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 23rd Congress of the City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term on the afternoon of September 23, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of proactiveness and urgency in implementing and completing the work contents on schedule after the first meeting of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the Congress; at the same time, he informed that the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee plans to hold a meeting to review the overall activities of the Subcommittees in early October 2024.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh requested members of the Congress Organizing Subcommittee and the Working Group, based on their assigned tasks, to promptly complete the work contents and recommendations and proposals, and send them to the City Party Committee Office - the Standing Agency of the Subcommittee before September 27, 2024; the Propaganda Department continues to complete the contents being implemented, including asking for opinions from the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the contents of the two books serving the Congress.
- Speaking at the Conference to evaluate the implementation of the Administrative Reform Project in the city's Party agencies for the period 2020-2025 on the afternoon of September 25, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh highly appreciated the efforts of agencies and units in deploying and implementing the Administrative Reform Project.
At the same time, it is recommended that units regularly review, promulgate, amend and supplement administrative processes and procedures within the Party in a streamlined and simple manner in accordance with the regulations of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee; promptly adjust or propose to cancel them when they are no longer of practical value.
- Speaking at the meeting of the Party bloc, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations of the city in the third quarter of 2024 on the morning of September 26, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh acknowledged and commended the results achieved by units and localities in the third quarter of 2024.
At the same time, it is recommended that Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, localities and units focus on drastically implementing solutions to promote socio -economic development in the last months of the year, strive to achieve the highest goals, creating the premise for successfully completing the targets in the Resolution of the 22nd Congress of the City Party Committee. Complete the work programs for 2024, 3 key assigned tasks and proactively build the work program for 2025.
- Concluding the conference summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive No. 38-CT/TU dated September 5, 2014 of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee on continuing to innovate emulation and reward work on the morning of September 27, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh acknowledged and commended the outstanding results of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in implementing Directive No. 38-CT/TU.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh suggested that in the coming time, Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations should strengthen their roles and responsibilities in leading, directing, organizing, implementing, and improving the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work; taking the results of emulation and reward work as a criterion for annually evaluating and classifying the quality of Party committees, Party organizations, and leadership and management collectives.

Last week, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh attended the 30th Anniversary Ceremony of Nguyen Khuyen Secondary and High School; Attended the Conference summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive No. 38-CT/TU dated September 5, 2014 of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee on continuing to innovate emulation and reward work; Worked with the high-ranking delegation of Champasak province.
- Speaking at the 30th Anniversary Ceremony of Nguyen Khuyen Secondary and High School on the morning of September 24, on behalf of the city's leaders, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh acknowledged and commended the achievements of the School over the past 30 years.
Nguyen Khuyen Secondary and High School celebrates its 30th anniversary, which is also the time when the city is focusing on implementing Resolution 136/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city. - At the meeting and working session with the Thai Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Wiraka Moodhitaporn, Deputy Governor of Khon Kaen Province Siriwat Pinijpanich and the delegation within the framework of attending the Meeting with Thailand in Da Nang conference on the afternoon of September 26, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that in November 2022, Da Nang City and Khon Kaen Province officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish cooperative relations with the witness of the President of Vietnam and the Prime Minister of Thailand.
