Study, grasp and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress of Tuyen Quang

On October 16, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Attending the conference were comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. The conference was held in person and online at 159 locations across the province, with over 22,000 cadres and party members in attendance.

At the conference, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, quickly announced the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference took place from October 6-8 to discuss and give opinions on the following groups of issues: Preparations for the 14th Party Congress; socio-economic development; tasks that the Politburo has considered and resolved since the 12th Central Conference to date and implementation of a number of contents on personnel work under the authority of the Central Committee.

The conference deployed 5 key topics including: Overview of the basic contents of the Political Report presented to the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; Party building and political system work; Economic development; Socio-cultural development and building comprehensively developed Tuyen Quang people; National defense, security and foreign affairs work in the new situation.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee, deployed the content on economic development.

These contents demonstrate the strategic vision, self-reliance, self-strengthening will and strong aspiration to rise of the entire Party Committee; determined to build Tuyen Quang province into a fairly developed, comprehensive, sustainable, civilized and happy province; worthy of the tradition of the revolutionary homeland.

The topics have clarified the province's orientations and strategies in the new period; groups of solutions to implement 18 development targets, 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs set forth by the Congress Resolution, especially major orientations on socio-economic development, Party building and political system, national defense-security and foreign affairs.

These contents were emphasized, affirming the determination to innovate development thinking, perfect institutions, build a streamlined, effective and efficient administrative apparatus; promote potentials and strengths, mobilize and effectively use all resources for development; build a solid "people's hearts" position; expand foreign relations, development cooperation, and proactively integrate deeply with the whole country.

Concluding the conference, comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that studying, grasping and implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress is an important political task, aiming to unify awareness, will and action throughout the Party.

Each cadre and party member must grasp the content of the resolution and concretize it into practical work programs and plans appropriate to their functions, tasks, and areas of responsibility.

Comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee spoke at the conference.

He emphasized that in order for the resolution to quickly come into effect, Party committees and organizations at all levels need to focus on implementing a number of key tasks: Urgently develop action programs and implementation plans appropriate to their functions and tasks; clearly identify the focus, key points, roadmap and responsibilities of each collective and individual.

Programs and plans must cover all content, clearly identify resources, subjects, implementation time, and be linked to inspection and supervision work.

At the same time, promote propaganda and dissemination of the resolution in various forms, helping cadres, party members and people understand correctly, agree and actively implement. Strengthen urging, inspection and supervision of the implementation process, promptly detect and remove difficulties, make appropriate adjustments; link the implementation of the resolution with the assessment of the results of completing tasks of each level, sector and cadre.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels, agencies and units to complete the action program to implement the Resolution in October 2025.

The program needs to closely follow the goals, breakthroughs and key tasks identified by the Congress, prioritizing strategic infrastructure development, digital transformation, improving the quality of human resources, developing tourism, services, processing industry and typical commodity agriculture.

Regarding the work of Party building and the political system, he emphasized that Party agencies must be pioneers in administrative reform, digital transformation, innovation in thinking, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility. The contents thoroughly grasped at the conference are the basis for Party committees and organizations at all levels to concretize into appropriate programs and action plans, determined to quickly bring the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress into life, creating clear changes right from the beginning of the new term.
