[Video] Bureaucratic officials who are distant from the people can be dismissed

The Politburo has just issued Regulation No. 377 clearly stating cases of dismissal, resignation, and removal of officials.

The regulation emphasizes that bureaucratic officials who are distant from the people and slow to resolve the legitimate aspirations of the people and businesses that cause public outrage may be dismissed.

Officials are considered for dismissal when the agency completes less than seventy percent of its annual tasks or fails to achieve five basic socio-economic targets including economic growth rate, state budget revenue, public investment disbursement, per capita income, and poverty reduction.
In cases where the goals of Party building, institution building, socio-economic development, national defense and security are not achieved or important project programs are concluded to be ineffective, they will also be subject to handling.
