On the evening of October 31, in Hanoi , the Military Medical Academy organized the "Digital Learning 2025" contest to compete to achieve achievements in celebration of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025) and to implement the Military Medical Academy's Plan on organizing "Academy-wide Digital Learning Festival and responding to National Digital Transformation Day 2025".

The contest was attended by Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor Nguyen Van Nam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Medical Academy; Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor Vu Nhat Dinh, Deputy Director of the Military Medical Academy and delegates who are leaders and commanders of agencies and units. The contest attracted nearly 500 officers, students, soldiers and workers to cheer.

According to Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Nhat Dinh, Deputy Director of the Military Medical Academy, in recent years, the Military Medical Academy has made many important steps in comprehensive digital transformation in all fields of education - training, scientific research, treatment and management.

Online learning platforms, electronic databases, virtual simulations, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications have been and are being strongly deployed in the Academy's training activities.

The "Digital Learning 2025" contest is a key activity in the "Digital Learning Festival" program series, contributing to realizing the goal of building a smart, creative and modern learning environment, towards the model of Digital Academy - Digital learners - Digital lectures - Digital methods.

The contest is not only an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, logical thinking and creativity in the digital environment, but also an opportunity to share knowledge - spread the spirit of learning - affirm the capacity of the young generation of Military Medical intellectuals in the digital age.

At the same time, the contest aims to continue to promote and respond to the National Digital Transformation Day 2025 to agencies, units, cadres, employees, trainees, students, soldiers, and workers of the entire Academy, contributing to spreading awareness, will and determination in the digital transformation process, promoting the culture of digital learning, digital working, digital management; improving the level of information technology application, using digital platforms in the activities of each agency and unit; through the contest as a basis for the Academy's activities to be gradually digitized and intelligentized.

The content of the "Digital Learning 2025" contest includes knowledge and skills in the fields of digital transformation, digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), information security, and network security.

This year, the competition has 4 teams (each team has 3 members) representing the Academy's training systems, participating in 3 main rounds and 1 audience interaction round. Specifically: Round 1 - Basic digital knowledge; Round 2 - Advanced digital knowledge; Round 3 - Skills in using artificial intelligence (AI) tools - Gemini software; along with an exciting and useful audience interaction round.

In round 1, the teams will answer 10 multiple choice questions (text). Each question has 4 answers, the team will choose the correct answer on their computer. For each correct answer, the fastest team will get 5 points; the maximum total score for round 1 is 50 points, the minimum is 0 points.

In round 2, the teams will answer 5 questions in the form of video clips (short films). For each question, the computer will give 4 answers, the team will choose the correct answer. For each correct answer, the fastest team will get 10 points; the maximum total score for round 2 is 50 points, the minimum is 0 points.

Between rounds 2 and 3 is the audience interaction, 15 minutes/5 questions. Teams choose the correct answer/answer directly according to multiple choice questions (text) and video clips (short film).

In round 3, the teams will perform 3 requirements of the Organizing Committee including: Using the Gemini tool and sample images to edit images as required; Each team will use the Gemini tool to summarize a given natural science text content into a mind map; Each team will use the Gemini tool to create images according to the given template. In this round 3, the maximum score for the contest is 150 points, the minimum is 0 points. The maximum score for each question is 50 points, the minimum is 0 points.

After three rounds of competition and an exciting audience interaction, at the end of the contest, the Principal of the Military Medical Academy awarded a Certificate of Merit to one team that won First Prize; and Certificates of Merit to two teams that won Second and Third Prize.
