The 2025 Autumn Fair, taking place from October 26 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Hanoi, will have 5 exhibition zones, of which the "Quintessence of Autumn Hanoi" zone is considered a special highlight, recreating the culture and spirit of the thousand-year-old capital.
The "Quintessence of Autumn Hanoi" distribution space will bring a space imbued with the capital's cultural identity, promoting traditional craft products, cuisine and typical arts in the 2025 Autumn Fair.
This time, Hanoi was assigned two areas including area 8 and the Main Hall area, with a total area of about 17,000m².
Regarding space, the yellow color of autumn is chosen as the main color, recalling typical images of Hanoi such as yellow rice trees, autumn chrysanthemums, and sunny streets. Along with that is a creative space imbued with the breath and spirit of the Capital.
The first area is the Main Hall. Going through this area will connect directly to the central space of the event - the main stage area. This is the "Hanoi Autumn Road", where visitors and people will feel the entire autumn scenery typical of the Capital, through the main yellow-red tones, images of autumn or the old streets of Hanoi.
In particular, along the “Autumn Road” is a space to introduce and promote Hanoi’s typical autumn products such as green rice, lotus, tea, etc. In addition, artisans will also directly perform and demonstrate traditional crafts, promoting the city’s cultural quintessence right in this space.
People can also directly experience making pottery, bamboo and rattan weaving, and wood carving, thereby more deeply feeling the cultural values and creative spirit of the capital's craftsmen.
With area 8, covering an area of about 10,000m², Hanoi city arranges to display, introduce and promote typical and outstanding industry groups of Hanoi such as handicraft products, OCOP goods, key industrial products, along with booths introducing businesses and typical products in the city at this year's Autumn Fair.
The products on display are very diverse, focusing on Hanoi's typical fields such as handicrafts, OCOP products, high technology, and traditional craft village products.
The city currently has more than 1,350 craft villages, many of whose products will be introduced for the first time at this event.
Although the time is tight, up to now, all preparations for the "Quintessence of Autumn Hanoi" space and assigned tasks such as ensuring security, order, environmental sanitation, market management, etc. have been basically completed.

Regarding product quality and origin, the Hanoi People's Committee has directed a thorough review and selection of reputable businesses with certified products and clear commitments on design and origin.
In addition, the Department of Industry and Trade has also assigned monitoring teams to be on duty throughout the fair to check the origin of goods, prices, food hygiene and safety, and prevent counterfeit and poor quality goods.
This is one of the special trade promotion activities, contributing significantly to the promotion and investment attraction of Hanoi city. Through this event, businesses, business households and production establishments have the opportunity to introduce and promote products, and expand trade connections.
At the same time, this is also an opportunity for Hanoi to introduce its most quintessential products, imbued with cultural and economic values, to people and tourists at home and abroad, thereby promoting trade and creating revenue for the capital's economy.
Not only is it an opportunity to promote and introduce craft village products, tourism and investment, Hanoi city has determined that the 2025 Autumn Fair is also an opportunity for the capital's people to directly participate, experience and shop at one of the largest fairs ever.
In preparation for the 2025 Autumn Fair, Hanoi has also prepared a plan to ensure traffic safety for visitors to visit and experience the fair.
Hanoi has given specific instructions to the Department of Construction, City Police and Dong Anh Commune authorities to scientifically regulate traffic flow, ensuring convenience, safety and smooth flow during the fair.
The city is increasing public transport and considering exempting or subsidizing fares to encourage people to use public transport...
In addition, a backup parking plan has been carefully prepared, in which Dong Anh commune has reviewed and added more vehicle parking spots to ensure service capacity when a large number of visitors gather.
The Organizing Committee also developed a plan to disperse traffic flows, avoid local congestion, and ensure absolute security, order and safety for people and tourists when attending and experiencing activities at the fair./.
