
Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to mobilize support for people to overcome the damage caused by natural disasters, the Provincial Red Cross Society has received the joint efforts and support of many clubs, volunteer teams doing humanitarian and charity work, organizations, individuals, and philanthropists inside and outside the province. Through the campaign, the Provincial Red Cross Society has mobilized about 2.8 billion VND including cash, necessities and hundreds of volunteers directly approaching, providing relief and support to people in the provinces. In order to express gratitude for the contributions, the Provincial Red Cross Society has awarded the Golden Heart recognition to 20 groups and individuals who have actively contributed to the campaign.

Promoting the role of a social organization engaged in humanitarian activities of the masses assigned by the Party and the State, at the conference, the Provincial Red Cross Society deployed a program to mobilize gifts for the Year of the Horse 2026 in clubs, volunteer teams, and philanthropists. In particular, each club and volunteer team doing humanitarian and charitable work under the Provincial Red Cross Society strives to have at least one activity to visit and give Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the area.

On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Provincial Social Insurance to present 2026 health insurance cards to 285 primary school students in difficult circumstances. All funds were jointly supported, donated and contributed by agencies, units and benefactors through the Provincial Red Cross Fund account.

Health insurance cards not only have material value, but also show the love, care and deep sharing of the community for the children. At the same time, it reduces the financial burden for poor families, contributes to helping students have comprehensive health protection; realize the goal of universal health insurance. Each card is a word of encouragement for students in difficult circumstances to be more confident in going to school, overcoming difficulties, striving to strive.
