Talks with the Delegation of the Pingxiang Municipal Party Committee, Guangxi, China

- On the morning of August 7, the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone held talks with the delegation of the Pingxiang Municipal Party Committee, Guangxi, China.

Attending the meeting were leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches; the Border Guard Command; the Customs Branch of Region VI and representatives of a number of enterprises operating in the field of exploitation, business of wharf services, and logistics at border gates in the province.

On the side of the delegation of the Pingxiang Municipal Party Committee, Guangxi, China, there was Mr. Vu Hieu Huy, Secretary of the Pingxiang Municipal Party Committee as head of the delegation.

At the meeting, representatives of the Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board discussed with the delegation of Bang Tuong City Party Committee some contents related to the organization of two-way import and export goods delivery methods through customs clearance routes and specialized roads for transporting goods at the Huu Nghi - Huu Nghi Quan international border gate pair.

In which, focusing on exchanging and recommending to relevant Chinese agencies a number of implementation plans to resolve existing problems and limitations, ensuring the effective implementation of the two-way freight forwarding method through dedicated roads and customs clearance routes at the Huu Nghi - Huu Nghi Quan international border gate pair, such as: requiring import-export enterprises to declare and register their needs in advance with the competent authorities; managing the time for means of transport and freight forwarding; managing the location of loading and unloading goods; managing two-way freight forwarding vehicles and goods; means of transport must exit and enter the country on the correct transport routes licensed by competent authorities of both sides and fully comply with obligations regarding fees, charges, and service prices according to current regulations of both sides.

At the meeting, representatives of both sides discussed and clarified a number of issues of mutual interest.
