Since its launch, the "Godmother Program" has sponsored 94 orphans and children in extremely difficult circumstances. Local women's associations, organizations, individuals, and philanthropists have become "Godmothers," extending their loving arms to help these unfortunate children find emotional support to overcome difficulties, excel in their studies, and pass entrance exams to specialized schools and public universities.
Among these "Godmothers" is Mr. Nguyen Van Buong - Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang, and the staff of the High People's Court in Da Nang who, over the past five years, have supported and sponsored many children in Tam Ky City. Among them is Do Thi Xuan Loc, who, with Mr. Buong's support, successfully passed the entrance exam to the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City in 2023.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Yen - President of the Tam Ky City Women's Union - expressed her gratitude to the local branches, benefactors, and agencies and units that have partnered with the City Women's Union to help and sponsor children with special circumstances.
Ms. Yen stated that currently, there are still over 100 orphaned children and children with particularly difficult circumstances in the city who have not yet received sponsorship. "I hope the program will continue to spread, and that more unfortunate children will receive help with the motto 'Where there are orphans, there are foster mothers'," Ms. Yen shared.
At the event, the City Women's Union expressed gratitude to 15 organizations and individuals who have supported the city's "Godmother" program.

On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Van Buong, Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Da Nang, donated 20 million VND to the Women's Union of Da Nang city to continue implementing activities to care for and assist children in difficult circumstances.

The City Women's Union presented 94 gifts to sponsored children and 14 sets of traditional Vietnamese dresses (áo dài) to female students. The AIA "Journey of Life" program donated 10 bicycles to underprivileged children to provide them with transportation to school.

On this occasion, more than 100 children participating in the "Helping Children Continue Writing Their Dreams" program gathered around a cake to celebrate Vietnamese Family Day on June 28th.
