Co-chairing the conference were comrades: Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Tien Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Canh Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Attending the conference were 235 comrades who are key leaders of the province.
This conference implemented steps according to regulations to complete and supplement members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term according to the position structure of the Commander of the Provincial Military Command; introduced for the first time the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; introduced for the re-election of the positions: Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation for the 2026-2031 term, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term; introduced for the first time the positions: Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation for the 2026-2031 term.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Van Nghiem, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, stated that the consolidation and supplementation of leadership personnel at the Party Committee level is a regular task of great importance to ensure the comprehensive and continuous leadership of the Party Committee in all areas of work, especially for the local armed forces and the preparation of key personnel for the next term.
The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that key leaders of the province promote a high sense of responsibility, carefully consider, contribute enthusiastic and objective opinions to discuss the structure, standards, conditions, and ability to meet the requirements of the tasks of the cadres to proceed with the recommendation form for key personnel, thereby creating unity to continue to perfect the next steps in the cadre work process.
At the conference, delegates heard the report on the completion and addition of members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee for the 2020-2025 term according to the position structure of the Commander of the Provincial Military Command; reports on personnel introduction for the positions; reports on policies, standards, and conditions for the recommended positions.
After listening to the presentation and carefully studying the structure, standards and conditions for the positions, the conference delegates selected and voted to introduce personnel according to the prescribed personnel process steps.
