On December 10, in Ha Long City, the Provincial Party Committee's Steering Committee 35 held a training conference on professional skills to protect the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile views in 2024.
The training conference was attended by trainees who are collaborators of the Provincial Steering Committee 35, heads and deputy heads of the Provincial Media Center, District-level Department of Culture and Information, and District-level Media and Culture Centers. During the 2 days (December 10 and 11), trainees will be informed about the following topics: Cultural work, literature and art and experience in handling cultural, literature and art issues, contributing to improving the effectiveness of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against current erroneous and hostile viewpoints; Promoting the role and responsibility of the press in the practical work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
At the same time, the students also listened to the exchange of practical experiences in creating journalistic works for the Political Contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation; and discussed and guided the implementation of a number of regulations of the Law on Protection of State Secrets.
The training conference aims to improve knowledge and awareness for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, and association members at provincial and district-level advisory and support agencies in the fields of culture, arts, information, propaganda, etc.; update information on identifying plots and sabotage tricks of hostile and reactionary forces; equip them with skills and expertise to participate in writing articles, fighting and refuting hostile and incorrect information and viewpoints.
