Towards the Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh Province and the National Congress of the Youth Union For the 13th term, 2025-2030, young people throughout the province are enthusiastically implementing practical and meaningful youth projects and activities.

The Provincial Youth Union has launched a special emulation campaign to celebrate the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ninh province, term 2025-2030.

Through various rich and diverse forms, the Youth Union at all levels has intensified the widespread dissemination of information about the Youth Union Congress at all levels. This includes focusing on educating about the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, its achievements and contributions to the Vietnamese revolution; combining this with education on the historical traditions of the nation and the revolutionary traditions of the locality and unit. Simultaneously, it includes promoting the examples of young heroes, exemplary Youth Union members, and outstanding Youth Union and Association officials from different periods. Through these activities of disseminating and educating about the traditions and history of the country and the nation, the aim is to protect the ideological foundation of the Party and combat erroneous and hostile viewpoints within the Youth Union at all levels.

In particular, from mid-September 2025, the Provincial Youth Union organized the "Quang Ninh Youth - Proud and Moving Forward" festival with a series of practical activities aimed at celebrating the 16th Provincial Party Congress and launching a special emulation campaign to welcome the Youth Union Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 13th Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union Congress, term 2025-2030, attracting 1,500 union members and young people to participate.

At the event, the Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with partner organizations, donated over 2 billion VND to youth projects and support disadvantaged students and children. This included two charitable houses worth 100 million VND, one computer classroom worth 100 million VND, 330 gifts for underprivileged students worth 100 million VND, support for a youth project on Tran Island worth 300 million VND, and 1.5 billion VND for restoring 1,000 "Time of Fire and Flowers" photographs for war heroes and martyrs in the province. In addition, the event included the launch of the "Quang Ninh Digital Map - Cultural Colors" project; a mass dance performance of "The Party's Words - Summoning Hearts" ; a colorful "I Love My Homeland" festival; a seminar on "Stories from the Time of Fire and Flowers" to meet, exchange, and reminisce about historical traditions between those who contributed, historical witnesses, and the younger generation; and a festival of young propaganda teams. art program “Quang Ninh Youth - Proud and Moving Forward”…

According to Vu Thi Thuy Linh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee: Responding to the emulation campaign launched by the Provincial Youth Union, the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee donated a "Computer Classroom for Students" project worth 100 million VND to Huc Dong Secondary School (Binh Lieu commune). The project was implemented with funds contributed by Youth Union branches and social mobilization, not only as a practical achievement to celebrate the Youth Union Congress at all levels but also to create conditions for students in mountainous areas to access information technology, develop digital skills, and effectively serve their studies and future career orientation.

Not only the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee, but many other Youth Union branches throughout the province are also enthusiastically implementing meaningful projects and activities in preparation for the Youth Union Congress at all levels. Notable examples include the Mong Cai 2 Ward Youth Union, which organized the unveiling of a youth project titled "Solar-Powered Drowning Warning Device" worth 10 million VND; the Yen Tu Ward Youth Union, which implemented the "Gratitude Yard" project worth nearly 25 million VND, donating it to policy beneficiary families in the area; and the Dong Trieu Ward Youth Union, which undertook the repair of a "Children's Playground" in the area. In addition, the Youth Union units also organized many vibrant sports, cultural, and artistic activities such as football tournaments, pickleball tournaments, and art performances to welcome the congress, contributing to creating a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, spreading the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and the aspiration to contribute to building a more prosperous, civilized, modern, and happy Quang Ninh.
