Overview of the Workshop
After studying the draft of the Cao Bang Provincial Local Education Documents for Grade 10 prepared by the Department of Education and Training, the Association established an Advisory and Review Council. At the workshop, there were 05 presentations on comments on the Cao Bang Provincial Local Education Documents for Grade 10 on: Protecting territorial sovereignty and border security of Cao Bang Province; building a civilized lifestyle, respecting discipline, law and forestry; culture and history; industry and handicrafts.
Within the framework of the Workshop, opinions unanimously assessed that the local education documents for grade 10 of Cao Bang province had selected basic issues on history, culture, geography, economy, career orientation, politics , society, and environment of Cao Bang province. Guiding students to approach, learn content, practice, and apply knowledge according to each topic, supplementing students' understanding of the place of residence, love for the homeland, awareness of learning and applying what they have learned to contribute to building the homeland and the country. The information conveyed in the documents is basically consistent with the documents of Cao Bang province... However, some opinions said that the arrangement order was not really reasonable; some topics were still too much for high school students; proposed to supplement and edit some topic contents such as: Learning about the Mac Dynasty in Cao Bang; folk poems; economic development resources; production and business activities in Cao Bang; Model of production of some local fruit trees; sustainable use of natural resources of the province; protection of territorial sovereignty, national border security; building a civilized lifestyle, respecting discipline and laws of Cao Bang province.
Through the workshop, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations continued to synthesize and complete additional opinions on the draft of local education documents for grade 10 of Cao Bang province of the Advisory Council, and sent to the Department of Education and Training in the coming time.
