At the contest, each unit performed 3 parts, including: Introducing the team, telling stories and talent competition; each performance lasted 5 - 10 minutes. The stories were selected from books, newspapers and magazines published domestically, with circulation licenses from the publishing management agency according to the law, the content of the stories was suitable for children's ages,educating love for the homeland, country, people, promoting the spirit of learning, the will to strive to improve, and cultivating morality.

The organizing committee will select and award 3 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 17 consolation prizes to contestants with excellent achievements at the contest. At the same time, 2 prizes will be awarded for the best talent performance and the best team introduction.
