From Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places. The Northwest region and from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will also have showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
