More than 12,000 officials invigilate the high school graduation exam

The 2025 high school graduation exam will take place on June 26 and 27 with the participation of more than 1.16 million candidates nationwide. Ho Chi Minh City alone has nearly 100,000 candidates registered to take the exam at 171 testing locations, an increase of nearly 9,000 students compared to last year.

To ensure the exam is safe and serious, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has mobilized more than 12,000 officials to participate in the exam. All exam sites are equipped with camera systems to monitor the exam storage room, which operate continuously even during power outages.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the whole industry has prepared carefully, especially tightening the discipline in the examination room. The Department requires all examination supervisors to grasp the regulations and not be subjective.

Traffic police participate in traffic regulation and support candidates.

In addition to theeducation sector, Ho Chi Minh City Police also closely coordinate to ensure security, order and traffic safety at examination sites, especially on key routes and areas with candidates in remote areas. The city also increases the number of Binh Khanh ferries and arranges vehicles to pick up and drop off candidates in Can Gio district, especially in Thanh An island commune.

Notably, this year's "Supporting the Exam Season" program attracted more than 23,000 volunteer students to register and participate in online and in-person activities, including 3,000 students directly supporting at exam sites and important traffic points. The organizers awarded scholarships to children in difficult circumstances.

For candidates with difficult circumstances, especially candidates in suburban areas, orphans, disabled, or with good academic achievements but facing difficulties, the Organizing Committee has reviewed the list and developed appropriate support plans.
