More than 36.2 billion VND to build classrooms and multi-purpose building at Nguyen Chon Secondary School

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued Decision No. 1275/QD-UBND approving the investment project to build a classroom block and multi-purpose building for Nguyen Chon Secondary School (Thanh Khe Ward) with a total investment of more than 36.2 billion VND. The project belongs to Group C, with implementation period from 2024 - 2027.

Regarding the scale of investment, build a new 4-storey classroom block, arrange a multi-purpose yard on the 1st floor; 9 theory classrooms, 4 subject classrooms, teachers' lounge, corridor system and staircase.

Construction area is about ^833m2 , total construction floor area is about ^3,032m2 . Newly build corridor connecting newly built block with existing blocks, construction area is about ^30m2 , construction floor area is about ^180m2 . Newly build 1-storey multi-purpose house, construction area is about ^644m2 .

Synchronous technical infrastructure system includes: yard, trees, landscape, drainage system, underground water tank, water supply system, lighting system, fire prevention and fighting system...
