- On the afternoon of June 16, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting of the Organizing Committee and the Jury of the "Reading Culture Ambassador" Contest to report on the implementation of the contest; assign the marking of the preliminary round at the provincial level; and agree on the preparation for the organization of the summary and award ceremony of the provincial contest in 2025 .

The 2025 Lang Son Province "Reading Culture Ambassador" contest was launched in April 2025, for primary, secondary, high school and university students. The contest is organized in 3 rounds: school-level qualifying round; judging round of the Departmentof Education and Training, districts and cities; provincial preliminary round.

After 2 months of launching, the first round of the "Reading Culture Ambassador" Contest in Lang Son province in 2025 attracted students from 380 schools in 11 districts and cities in the province to participate, with 24,645 entries. After marking the second round, the Jury selected 268 entries for the provincial preliminary round, including 234 articles and 34 clips.

Mr. Duong Minh Tue, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee, Head of the Jury of the 2025 Lang Son Province Reading Culture Ambassador Contest concluded the meeting.

Regarding the preparation for the organization of the summary and award ceremony of the provincial competition in 2025, expected to take place in mid-September 2025 at Cao Loc High School. At the meeting, members of the Organizing Committee and the Jury gave their opinions on the organization work such as: building a television report on the competition; organizing exchange activities with the winning authors; proposing content related to the scoring work; considering increasing the number of awards; agreeing on the method and criteria for scoring provincial-level exams; proposing solutions to spread the spirit of reading culture...

After compiling the entries, the Jury of the 2025 Provincial "Reading Culture Ambassador" Contest will conduct the preliminary round at the provincial level from June 16 to 25 and will review and select 6 quality entries to participate in the national final round, organized by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library before July 15.
