Pursuant to Plan No. 145/KH-UBND dated June 11, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee, the Voting Council has been established and completed in accordance with regulations. Accordingly, the Council has issued decisions on voting regulations, established the Jury, the Working Group and the voting organization plan, ensuring full procedures, objectivity and transparency.
Information, propaganda and guidance work for rural industrial establishments to participate in the voting is carried out synchronously, from the provincial level to the commune and ward levels. Specialized agencies coordinate to review, guide, receive documents and prepare conditions for the Jury to organize scoring according to the prescribed criteria.
As a result, the Council accepted 71 product profiles of 34 units in the province; after review, there are 67 products from 32 units are eligible to participate in the scoring. The products are divided into groups: handicrafts; processed agricultural, forestry, fishery and food products; other product groups.
The jury evaluated that most of the products have the characteristics of rural industry, focusing on exploiting local raw materials, applying advanced processing technology, ensuring food safety and hygiene, increasingly improved designs, and have the potential to expand the market. Some products have high scores, demonstrating thorough investment, brand building, and suitability to consumer trends.

The jury also pointed out some shortcomings related to the lack of clear representation of typicality, simple design, low competitiveness; some products have not completed documents related to food safety certification; promotional and trade promotion activities of some establishments are still limited; small-scale production, not yet formed a sustainable value chain. These are points that need to be improved by establishments to increase production capacity and product value.

Based on the independent scoring results of the Jury and the votes of the Council members, the Council unanimously submitted to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and recognition of 30 outstanding rural industrial products at the provincial level in 2025 (scoring 70 points or more). The outstanding products all have potential for market development, the ability to replicate and meet the criteria of quality and design, making a positive contribution to the development of rural industry.
