Mai Son Commune Former Teachers' Association met to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day

On November 18, the Mai Son Commune Former Teachers Association held a meeting to honor teachers on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025).

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the glorious tradition of Vietnamese teachers, rekindled the tradition of "respecting teachers", and shared their thoughts, feelings, and work experiences through different stages in the education and training career.

Former teachers of Mai Son commune received the Medal for the cause of Former Vietnamese Teachers.

Over the years, the Mai Son Commune Retired Teachers Association has always promoted the qualities of people's teachers. Former teachers have always been exemplary in implementing the policies of the Party and the State. The Association also regularly visits members when they are sick or in trouble, together setting an example in the community, participating in building cultural, artistic, and sports clubs...

Celebrate longevity and give gifts to members.

On the occasion of the day, the Vietnam Association of Former Teachers presented commemorative medals for the cause of Vietnam's Former Teachers to 32 members; celebrated longevity and presented gifts to 23 members who reached the age of 90, 80, and 70; and expressed gratitude and presented gifts to former teachers in difficult circumstances worth over 18 million VND. Thanh Long Construction Investment Company Limited, Mai Son Commune, presented 144 gifts of Thanh Long Son La Ngoc Linh Ginseng to elderly, sick, and terminally ill former teachers residing in the area.
