On the occasion of Vietnamese Family Day (June 28) and in response to the national action month on preventing and combating domestic violence, on the afternoon of June 26, the People's Committee of Hung Ha district organized a ceremony to honor exemplary cultural families in 2023.

In recent times, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in Hung Ha district has been widely deployed, having a positive impact on many areas of the district's socio -economic life. The Party Committee and local authorities have focused on propagating and mobilizing people to respond to the implementation of standards for building cultural families, so cultural families in the district have been increasingly improved in quantity and quality. In 2022, the whole district had 77,178/83,360 families achieving the title of "Cultural Family", reaching 92.5%. In 2023, the whole district had 83,464/88,147 families registered to strive to build the title of "Cultural Family", reaching 94.68%.

The movements: "Raising healthy children, teaching good children", "Exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children", "Study-loving families"... are active and effective. Many models and clubs associated with the implementation of standards for building prosperous, equal, progressive and happy families are maintained and expanded. Currently, the whole district maintains 44 clubs, 50 models for preventing and combating domestic violence; 119 groups for preventing and combating domestic violence; 107 trusted addresses in the community; 43 hotlines for preventing and combating domestic violence.
