The contest is organized in the form of online interactive quizzes, taking place in 2 stages, including:
Stage 1: Multiple choice test on the Vietnamese Youth application; from May 14, 2025 to October 14, 2025, taking place every Wednesday (23 weeks).
Stage 2: Online interactive competition on the fanpage social network platform; time from October 14, 2025 to December 2, 2025 (8 weeks).

The Contest is open to Vietnamese citizens living, working and studying domestically and internationally; and foreigners living, working and studying in Vietnam.
The contest focuses on the following contents: The significance of the first General Election Day to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946); the history of the formation and development of the National Assembly of Vietnam over the past 80 years; the position and role of the National Assembly, the highest State power agency of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the highest representative body of the people; the achievements and lessons learned from the National Assembly of Vietnam over the past 80 years of formation and development; typical figures associated with the formation and development of the National Assembly of Vietnam over the past 80 years.

The contest aims to create a practical and effective political and ideological activity, attracting a large number of voters and people to participate in activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026); contributing to summarizing practices, reviewing the traditions and history of the National Assembly and drawing lessons to continue promoting in the new period.
