
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on accelerating the completion of digital transformation targets, since the beginning of July, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has coordinated with socio -political organizations to launch a "30-day and night" campaign to support people in using online public services throughout the province.
Accordingly, by July 26, the whole province had established 100 teams with 1,515 union members and youths, participating in supporting 12,500 people to install the VNeID application, declare and submit documents online, look up administrative procedures, and answer questions on the spot.
Along with that, member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front such as: Farmers' Association, Women's Association, Veterans' Association, and Trade Union also sent cadres and members to join the support team; at the same time, promote extensive propaganda among members and the community.
Localities have effectively organized 99 propaganda and guidance sessions for people; used grassroots loudspeaker systems and community zalo groups to broadcast propaganda bulletins, share instructional videos , mobile duty schedules and information to support people.

The "30-day-night" peak period is a practical activity that mobilizes the strength of the entire political system in propaganda and support for people to perform online public services. Thereby, it contributes to raising awareness and digital capacity among the people, effectively implementing the goal that by the end of 2025, Lao Cai will have 90% of administrative procedures performed online; effectively supporting the operation of the two-level government model after the merger, gradually building a serving, modern, and people-friendly administration.
