Immediately after the launching ceremony of "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho", comrade Lo Van Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Lo Van Tien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of Dien Bien district and cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people organized the planting of Bauhinia and Black Star trees on the Ring Road 2 in the area of ​​Team 17, Thanh Xuong commune. This is the beginning of the tree planting and forest planting movement in the district in general and for the socialization of care, protection and development of Bauhinia trees in particular; contributing to ensuring a green - clean - beautiful environment .
