From this year, Gia Loc District Party Committee will organize quarterly meetings with village and residential area Party cell secretaries, from the 25th to the 30th of the last month of the quarter. The meetings are organized by topic so that village and residential area Party cell secretaries can focus on grasping the thoughts, aspirations and opinions of the people on the meeting area.
In the fourth quarter, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee will chair a centralized meeting at the district level to summarize the work of meeting with Party cell secretaries of villages and residential areas.
For months when there are no meetings held at the concentrated areas, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigns the Standing Committee members in charge of areas and the District Party Committee members in charge of communes to attend the expanded meetings at the Party Committees of communes and towns to grasp and promptly give opinions on issues arising at the grassroots level between the quarterly meetings.
The meetings must ensure that the correct and sufficient members are present; at the same time, based on requirements and practical situations, the members can be expanded to suit the content and topics deployed at the conference.
