On her way to pick up her grandchild, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao in Kiem Tan village, Tan Ky commune, Hai Phong city picked up a wallet on the side of the road, inside were many personal documents and more than 7 million VND in cash.

On the evening of September 20, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao went from her home to Lang Xuyen village, Gia Loc commune (in the same city of Hai Phong) to pick up her grandchild.

At 7 p.m. the same day, when arriving at Lang Xuyen village, Ms. Dao discovered a black leather wallet lying on the side of the road. Inside the wallet were identification papers bearing the name Pham Van Khai (born in 2002, residing in Lang Xuyen village, Gia Tan commune, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province) and 7,130,000 VND in cash.

Ms. Dao brought the wallet she found to report to the Tan Ky Commune Police. At 9:30 p.m. the same day, Mr. Pham Van Khai - the wallet's owner was invited to the Commune Police headquarters to coordinate with Ms. Dao to receive the lost property.
