On the afternoon of September 26, Kim Bang District Party Committee organized a seminar to improve the quality and effectiveness of building a skillful mass mobilization model. Attending the seminar were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; representatives of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, People's Council, leaders of the District People's Committee; leaders of Party committees and authorities of 18 communes and towns; leaders of departments, boards, associations and mass organizations of the district.
The report presented at the seminar stated that, in recent times, with the participation of the entire political system, the construction of skillful mass mobilization models has increasingly spread and entered life. Many agencies, organizations and units have had good and creative ways of implementing the construction of skillful mass mobilization models. Up to now, in Kim Bang, 95 models and typical skillful mass mobilization models have been implemented and replicated in various fields. The skillful mass mobilization models have initially had positive social effects, creating a spreading effect in the community; contributing to innovation, improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, well implementing the goals of socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security and building a strong political system.
Typical examples include: The model of "Cooperative group for honey farming" of the Farmers' Association of Lien Son commune; The model of "Mobilizing members and people to participate in site clearance for project implementation" of the Veterans' Association of Tan Son commune; The model of "Mobilizing women members to carry out environmental sanitation work, classifying waste at source" of the District Women's Union; The model of "Safe residential area in terms of security and order", the model of "security camera" of the District Police; The model of "Friendly government serving the people" at the commune and district levels...
At the seminar, delegates focused on discussing, exchanging and clarifying a number of issues: Assessing the current situation, especially the difficulties and obstacles in building skillful mass mobilization models. Analyzing the causes, especially the subjective causes from leadership, direction, coordination and responsibility of agencies in the political system. At the same time, exchanging experiences and good practices in the process of implementing the model, proposing solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of building skillful mass mobilization models of the unit. Frankly proposing and recommending to the Party Committee and authorities at all levels to improve the quality and effectiveness of building skillful mass mobilization models in localities and units.
The discussion conference aims to evaluate the achieved results, frankly point out the existing limitations, reflect on difficulties and obstacles and share experiences and good practices in building skillful mass mobilization models; from there, propose tasks and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the models, contributing to socio -economic development, ensuring security and order, and building the political system of Kim Bang district in the coming time.
