After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo , Party committees, authorities, agencies, departments, branches and organizations from district to grassroots levels have identified studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle as one of the key tasks, a widespread political activity among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and the masses.
From 2016 to present, Party committees and authorities at all levels from district to grassroots have organized 149 conferences to study, research and disseminate Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, attracting the participation of 16,994 cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees. Thereby, the fight to prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle has had clear changes. Many outstanding, urgent and prominent issues among the people have been promptly resolved. The total number of complaints, denunciations and recommendations in the whole district is 243, 100% of which have been resolved.
Through the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and breakthrough contents, the Ia Pa District Party Committee has achieved many encouraging results in socio- economic development, national defense and security. Up to now, the entire Party Committee has 51/51 village and hamlet Party cells with Party committees. Every year, 100% of Party organizations complete their tasks; 90% complete their tasks well; Party members complete their tasks well at 89.5%. The economic structure has shifted in the right direction. Average income per capita reached 52 million VND/person/year; poor households decreased by 3.12%/year. The whole district has 3 communes meeting new rural standards.
In the district, there are many good models and creative ways to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW. In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district has a model of "Supporting housing, residential land, production land associated with diversifying livelihoods, developing sustainable agricultural and forestry production"; women have a model of "Rice savings jar", "raising funds by collective labor"; Veterans Association with "National flag road", "Street lights to light up the countryside"; Party cell of the Office of the People's Council - People's Committee of the district saves 1,000 VND/day/cadre, party member to provide livelihoods for poor households...
At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and sharing good and effective practices in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW. On that basis, they set out goals, directions, tasks and solutions for the coming time.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW for the period 2016-2025.
