Mr Grossi is pushing for a security zone to be established around Europe's largest nuclear power plant with six reactors, which has been shelled several times in recent months.

This will be his second visit to the plant. He was there last September and deployed IAEA experts on a permanent basis.
Russian troops took control of the facility early in the fighting. Both sides blamed each other for shelling near the area.
"The situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant remains precarious," Mr Grossi said in a statement, adding that he wanted to "assess first-hand the serious nuclear safety and security situation at the facility".
Earlier this month, he called for a protection zone to be established around the plant.
The plant produced about 20% of Ukraine's national electricity before the conflict, but has not produced electricity since September when the last of its six reactors was shut down.
