At the same time, it hopes that Ireland will support training, coaching, and transfer of knowledge and technology to Vietnam. It will send a delegation of Vietnamese experts to research these areas in Ireland," said the Minister.
The Minister said that Vietnam is researching and preparing to build a technical facility and incubator to support small and medium enterprises in the Northern region in Hoa Binh province to increase the added value and competitiveness of Vietnamese agricultural products and food. Therefore, Vietnam hopes that Ireland will support the construction and development of this center.
In the IT sector, Vietnam is determined to rely on science and technology, innovation, high-quality human resources and digital transformation for rapid and sustainable development. It is important to concretize cooperation between the two countries through specific programs and projects that complement each other to bring benefits to both sides.
