Isak rejects Al Hilal, Premier League is still the destination

Isak has rejected a lucrative £600,000-a-week offer from Al Hilal, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Swedish striker insists his wish is to continue playing at the highest level in Europe.

This move opens up opportunities for Liverpool, who are considered strong candidates to sign Isak this summer.

Isak's departure from Newcastle has been the subject of much attention recently, especially as both Newcastle and Al Hilal are owned by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF).
