For routes managed by the Provincial People's Committee, the results compiled from quick reports of the Departments of Construction: on national highways, there are 179 traffic jams, including 73 jams due to landslides and 106 jams due to flooding; on provincial roads, there are 166 traffic jams, including 65 jams due to landslides and 101 jams due to flooding.

The Department of Construction and relevant forces have actively overcome the consequences of natural disasters to ensure traffic. Up to now, there are still 5 traffic jams on national highways (of which 4 are due to large landslides, or newly appeared landslides that have not been completely repaired, and 1 is flooded), a decrease of 174 traffic jams; on provincial roads, there are 32 traffic jams (of which 27 are due to large landslides that have not been completely repaired, and 5 are due to flooding), a decrease of 134 traffic jams.
