Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, General Director of EVN, said that the Techshow event is not only a place to showcase technology, but also a forum to connect, exchange experiences and seek cooperation opportunities, together promoting sustainable development for the Vietnamese Electricity industry.
It can be said that this is the largest-scale National Electricity Science and Technology Conference ever held with the contents of the 2-day conference including:
November 27: 5 topics on Power Source (12 presentations), Distribution and Customer Service (14 presentations), Power Transmission (8 presentations), Power System Control and Operation (06 presentations), Digital Transformation and AI Application (08 presentations).
November 28: The plenary session is expected to have 8 presentations on the topic of Energy Transition and Ensuring National Energy Security from EVN, IE, VINATOM, NSMO, foreign partners such as Huadian Group and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. (CSG) and international experts.
The conference is expected to have nearly 170 articles and presentations from EVN member units, research institutes, universities and international partners on in-depth topics such as power sources, power transmission, distribution and customer services, system dispatching & operation, and digital transformation, AI applications...
The presentations focused on urgent topics of the electricity industry: Power system planning, renewable energy integration, AI application in operation; HVDC technology; grid operation in the context of high renewable energy penetration; power plant automation; digital platform for transformer stations and system dispatching.
The organization of the National Electricity Science and Technology Conference 2025 once again affirms that science, technology and digital transformation are strategic breakthroughs to achieve the goal of ensuring energy security, sustainable energy transition and developing smart grids, in accordance with Resolutions 57-NQ/TW and 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo .

Electric Power Technology Exhibition - Techshow 2025: A place to showcase breakthrough modern technologies
In parallel with the Conference, the Techshow 2025 exhibition gathered 52 booths from corporations, research institutes, EVN units, domestic and foreign equipment and technology manufacturing enterprises to introduce achievements in applying science and technology of the Vietnamese electricity industry such as smart grid equipment, SCADA, DMS, OMS, AI camera, IoT.
Associated with the main theme of the Conference is "Energy transition and ensuring national energy security" with the participation of 36 domestic and international units will bring a picture of the latest technological breakthroughs and also an opportunity for us to directly access solutions such as battery storage systems (BESS), wind turbine models and especially applications of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are reshaping the future of the Electricity industry.
Power transmission equipment, distribution equipment, transformers, line monitoring solutions using UAV, Lidar, AI; simulation software, operational management systems, power plant optimization technology, renewable energy forecasting solutions; automation equipment and solutions, industrial network security systems; power saving solutions, load management, electric vehicle charging systems, renewable energy, BESS will also be richly displayed at the exhibition.
The exhibition space is arranged in a 52-room layout, including 24 square rooms and 24 triangular rooms symbolizing wind power, along with the central room of Vietnam Electricity Group displaying outstanding scientific and technological achievements. Techshow 2025 exhibition is open to the public during the event.
