Accordingly, after considering the proposal of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in Report No.
483 on the proposal for the policy of preparing documents, procedures for registering the area, capacity, volume, method, equipment and plan for exploiting stone minerals as common construction materials during the construction of the project to restore and reconstruct the DH1.PS route (Phuoc Kim - Phuoc Thanh section), Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee
The province met and agreed on the policy.

Provincial leaders requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to guide and resolve related procedures according to its authority and coordinate with the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district and relevant sectors to closely monitor and supervise the process of mineral exploitation and use of Minh Khang Construction Services Company Limited in accordance with regulations.

The exploitation of stone minerals as materials for the construction of the project to restore and reconstruct the DH1.PS route (Phuoc Kim - Phuoc Thanh section) damaged by natural disasters aims to ensure smooth traffic, serve travel needs, and stabilize people's lives.
