On May 9, the Hanoi People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the Hanoi Capital Press Center at the second facility of the Hanoi Center for Communications, Data and Digital Technology (No. 17 Dien Bien Phu, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi).
