Explore Koi To waterfall, a famous tourist destination in Kon Tum province

Even though it is the middle of the dry season, the water at Koi To waterfall is still abundant and clear, each stream of water gushes strongly, spreading over each cliff, creating white, shimmering, majestic streams in the middle of the forest.

Koi To Waterfall is a beautiful waterfall located in village 7, Dak Koi commune, Kon Ray district, Kon Tum province. Along Provincial Road 677, through winding roads between mountains on one side and the gentle, poetic Dak Koi River on the other, where villages nestle peacefully among the vast green mountains, we begin our journey to discover the majestic, wild beauty of Koi To Waterfall.

The waterfall is over 700m above sea level, surrounded by the cool green of primeval forests. Koi To Waterfall (also known as Ho To Waterfall), is located near Kon Trang No-Kon Blo village, Dak Koi commune, about 26 km from the center of Kon Ray district, about 2 km from the center of the commune to the Northwest. After passing a suspension bridge across the Dak Koi River and passing through Kon Trang No village, the small, winding concrete road leading to the waterfall is hidden among the immense green of the terraced fields stretching out layer by layer, creating a peaceful, poetic, and beautiful scene.

Standing from afar, we can hear the murmur of the waterfalls crashing into the rocks, a little closer, we can see the white waterfall like a soft silk strip across, dotting the deep green mountains. Even though it is the middle of the dry season, the water in Koi To is still abundant and clear, each stream of water gushes strongly, bursting through each cliff, creating white, shimmering, majestic streams in the middle of the forest. Among the wide rocky beaches, where the water flows through, there are countless small lakes creating perfect natural swimming pools; soaking in the cool water, enjoying the caress of the waves, immersing in the peaceful scenery of nature is an experience that cannot be missed by visitors when coming here.

Although it is still a growing tourist destination, every weekend or on holidays, Koi To waterfall welcomes many visitors to experience and explore the nature here. With the orientation of developing tourism in the direction of sustainable community tourism in the area as one of the fundamental, long-term solutions for socio -economic development of the locality. The local government of Dak Koi commune and the local people have also oriented in the near future to make efforts to develop Koi To waterfall to become an attractive destination on the tourist map of Kon Tum province.
