According to the report of the representatives of the People's Committees of the wards attending the meeting, before the new school year 2025-2026, schools in the area are facing difficulties due to lack of classrooms, facilities, and teachers. Some schools in the wards of Trang Dai, Long Binh, and Tam Hiep still have to borrow classrooms. Many primary schools lack teachers, especially in subjects such as: Fine Arts, Music, Physical Education, Information Technology, History, and Geography. At the same time, it is necessary to add computers to teach Information Technology.
The lack of schools and teachers makes it difficult for schools to implement 2-session teaching/day according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training .

In addition, some wards said that, implementing the 2-level local government model, many tasks related to the education sector have been decentralized to local management. However, the wards need to add more staff with expertise in education management to better perform the assigned tasks.
Representatives of the People's Committees of wards requested the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training to soon issue guidelines for implementing the process of recruiting teachers and appointing and reappointing managers after this task has been assigned to the ward and commune levels.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son suggested: Projects that are being implemented by the Project Management Board of Area 1 in the 9 wards mentioned above must be given attention. Any project that has completed all procedures and conditions should be implemented immediately; if there are any difficulties, proactively coordinate with the People's Committee of the ward where the project is being implemented to promptly resolve them. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son said that there should be a separate topic for investment projects to build schools in the 9 wards mentioned above, thereby promptly resolving difficulties...
After arranging wards and communes according to the 2-level local government model, wards need to grasp information on the progress of educational investment projects being implemented in their areas. For projects that have been approved and funded before July 1, 2025, it is necessary to consider whether they can be continued for quick and effective implementation, meeting the needs of use.
