To date, the National Park's Trade Union has implemented a series of practical welfare programs for its members, such as: organizing visits to over 250 members who were sick or had family events, totaling over 153 million VND; coordinating with professional departments to support lunch meals for members and workers at the collective canteen with nearly 281 million VND; donating gifts and cash to forest protection checkpoints, member trade unions, and members in difficult circumstances, totaling over 100 million VND; providing capital support to member trade unions and forest protection stations for agricultural production and livestock farming to ensure food security and improve members' lives with a total budget of over 81 million VND.
