Khanh Hoa announces members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term

On the afternoon of July 1, the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province held its first session, term VII, term 2021-2026 after the merger between Khanh Hoa province and Ninh Thuan province (old).

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, has just been appointed by the Central Committee as Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council to chair the meeting. Attending the meeting was comrade Nghiem Xuan Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council announced the number and list of delegates of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021 - 2026, after arrangement is 87 delegates. At the same time, announced the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on appointing Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the term 2021-2026; appointing Ms. Pham Thi Xuan Trang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the term 2021-2026.

The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council also announced the Prime Minister 's Decision on appointing Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, to hold the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term; appointing Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam and Mr. Trinh Minh Hoang to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council unanimously passed 18 resolutions, including the Resolution on the establishment of People's Council Committees, specialized agencies of the People's Committee, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, etc.

The Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council also announced the following resolutions: Resolution on approving the number and list of Deputy Heads and Members who are part-time People's Council delegates of the Economic - Budget Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term; Resolution on approving the number and list of Deputy Heads and Members who are part-time People's Council delegates of the Legal Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term; Resolution on approving the number and list of Deputy Heads and Members who are part-time People's Council delegates of the Cultural - Social Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2021 - 2026 term.

Notably, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council announced the Resolution appointing members of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, including Mr. Nguyen Tuy, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc, Director of the Provincial Police; Ms. Chamaleá Thi Thuy, Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Mr. Vo Hoan Hai, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Vo Chi Vuong, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Le Pham Quoc Vinh, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; Mr. Ly Nguyen Nguyen Vu, Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Ta Hong Quang, Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Chau Ngo Anh Nhan, Director of the Department of Finance; Mr. Le Van Khoa, Director of the Department of Health; Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phu, Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Pham Quoc Hoan, Director of the Department of Science and Technology and Mr. Ho Xuan Ninh, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade.

Speaking at the meeting, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested the Provincial People's Council to continue promoting the achieved results, overcome shortcomings and limitations, continue to innovate and make practical contributions to promote the role of local state power agencies, delve deeply into and grasp the situation, discuss and decide on correct policies and solutions, promote consensus among all classes of people and voters in the province, build Khanh Hoa province to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, with identity and prosperity.
